Mr. David Petersen the company's co-founder has an extensive background in bringing new products to the market. He formulated and promoted Catalyst Water throughout the United States during the 1980's. Catalyst Water was sold for both people and animals. He next formulated "Vital C". Vital C was a special formula of vitamin c for dogs and cats, this was in the early 90's. Mr. Peterson's research in what was happening in the Pet Food Industry led to his authorship of the book, "Dog and Cat Longevity". His book focused on formulated pet supplements and zeroed in on the very dangerous insecticide Ethosyquin that was being used by major pet food manufacturers as a preservative. Mr. Petersen's book played an important role in ending the use of this insane chemical (known to cause cancer) in all pet foods! Next, he formulated "Alkaline Drops" again a product for both human and animal consumption that changed the ph levels in water. Also in the early 90's he was the first person to import the Mud and Salt from the Dead Sea and was sold as a facial and bath therapy.

Mr. Petersen's extensive research into pet health always kept him coming back to one major area, dogs and cats teeth and the need for a better solution. The healthier the teeth the healthier the pet. The solution, two new groundbreaking products, PetzLife Oral Care Spray & Gel, are specially formulated teeth cleaning, plaque and tarter removers!

About: Dr. Patel

Dr. Ashok Patel earned a Ph.D. in bio-chemistry, specializing in the study of how the human body interacts on a chemical level. He was continually drawn to study how natural oils and extracts can be more beneficial than chemical compounds in affecting overall health.

Dr. Patel did his under-graduate studies at the University of Birmingham in England and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Biochemistry and earned his Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Wales in Cardiff, Wales. All this between 1976 and 1982. After moving to Minnesota he realized he needed a better understanding of the business world so attended the College of St. Thomas, of St. Paul MN. In 1987 & 1988 and graduated with an MBA degree in 1988.

Dr. Patel’s love of biochemistry has already greatly aided Lifproducts and PetzLife Products market new innovative products not only for the pet industry but now for humans as well with the introduction of F'rst Defenz.

Dr. Patel’s quest for pure ingredients compelled him to purchase for his "state of the art" laboratory & Manufacturing company (Centre Manufacturing) a highly-specialized machine from Germany that will allow him to extract oils from seeds at optimum therapeutic value. His research with Neem Oil, Rosemary Oil, Grape seed Oil, Thyme Oil, Grapefruit seed extract and Peppermint Oil are extensive and date back for over 20 years.
